Refund & Cancellation Policy – Hyderabad Dance Festival 2026
1. No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:

No-shows
-
Late arrivals
-
Change in personal plans
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable, unless explicitly approved by the Organiser / Hyderabad Dance Festival.
3. Event Changes
The Organiser / Hyderabad Dance Festival reserves the right to:

Reschedule events
-
Change venues within the city
-
Modify workshop details or facilitators
In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the updated event.
4. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation by the Organiser:

Further communication regarding rescheduling or compensation (if any) will be shared with registered participants
5. Payment Issues
In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but ticket is not generated:

Resolution will be processed in coordination with the payment gateway
6. Processing Timelines
Where applicable, any approved refunds or resolutions will be processed within 7–10 working days.
